Executive Engagement Terms

These terms apply to the Executive Performance Diagnostic and the 90-Day Executive Performance Program offered by JIW School of English.

The purpose of these terms is to keep the engagement clear, professional, and respectful of both the client’s development goals and the limited coaching capacity available.

By booking a diagnostic session, making payment, or beginning a program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Executive Performance Diagnostic

  • The Executive Performance Diagnostic fee is ¥15,000.
  • The diagnostic is a 60-minute professional assessment conducted by Zoom.
  • Payment is required in advance to confirm the diagnostic session.
  • The diagnostic is not a trial lesson. It is a paid professional assessment of communication performance, constraints, and development priorities.
  • A written diagnostic summary or performance feedback is provided after the session.
  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed.

2. 90-Day Executive Performance Program

  • The 90-Day Executive Performance Program is a structured three-month coaching engagement.
  • The program is designed around the client’s diagnostic results, communication constraints, professional context, and development priorities.
  • The standard program fee is ¥120,000 per month, with a three-month commitment.
  • Payment is made monthly in advance.
  • Program start dates and session times are confirmed after the diagnostic and payment arrangement.
  • Once a monthly program period has begun, that month’s fee is non-refundable.

The program is intentionally limited in availability. Client slots are reserved only after payment is completed.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

  • Sessions are scheduled according to the agreed engagement structure.
  • Please provide as much advance notice as possible if a schedule change is needed.
  • Reasonable flexibility may be possible when sufficient notice is provided and schedule availability allows.
  • Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may be treated as completed sessions.
  • Repeated schedule changes may affect the continuity and effectiveness of the program.

4. Client Preparation and Professional Standards

  • This is a performance-focused coaching engagement, not casual conversation practice.
  • Clients are expected to participate actively, respond to feedback, and practice between sessions when appropriate.
  • Sessions may include direct correction, structured drills, roleplay, presentation practice, Q&A simulation, and communication-pressure training.
  • The coaching may challenge communication habits that affect clarity, authority, trust, or executive presence.
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and respectful communication are expected throughout the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

  • Client discussions, professional situations, and communication challenges are treated with discretion.
  • Clients may anonymize company names, product names, personal names, or sensitive details during practice.
  • Real business situations may be converted into hypothetical scenarios for training purposes.
  • JIW School of English does not request confidential company information that cannot be safely shared.

6. Communication Outside Sessions

  • Email is the official communication channel for scheduling, payment, and important updates.
  • Messages may require up to 24 hours for a response during busy periods.
  • Short clarification messages may be answered when possible, but extensive coaching is handled during scheduled sessions.

7. Scope of Service

  • JIW School of English provides executive communication coaching in English.
  • The service does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, immigration, or employment advice.
  • Professional examples discussed during sessions are used for communication training and should not be interpreted as specialist advice in another field.

8. Results and Client Responsibility

  • The program is designed to create measurable improvement in communication performance, clarity, structure, and executive presence.
  • Results depend on attendance, preparation, active participation, repetition, and willingness to apply feedback.
  • No specific career, promotion, interview, presentation, sales, or employment outcome is guaranteed.

9. Agreement

By booking a diagnostic session, making payment, or beginning a coaching program, the client confirms that they understand and agree to these engagement terms.
